Refund policy

All goods are manufactured and printed to custom specifications, therefore, we    cannot accept returns

Once artwork is approved, unless the product(s) we deliver are different from the signed proof, Vertex Branding cannot be held liable for any claims by the customer that the products are not acceptable.

If the delivered products differ from the signed proof, due to provable error on the part of Vertex Branding, we will correct the error and reprint the order as required.

Please notify us in writing within a maximum of 7 days of delivery/collection should your product be faulty, failure to do so will be seen as acceptance of the order and the supplied products will be deemed to be in order. No claims will be processed after this time period has passed.
